Marble Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. Jell-O pistachio instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine in large mixing bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Save out 1/3 of batter.
    Pour other into tube pan.
    Mix with saved batter 1/4 cup chocolate syrup.
    Spoon this on top of cake and zigzag spatula through batter to marble.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
