Barbecued Deer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

deer roast
chopped onion
chopped celery
barbecue sauce
cooking oil

Preparation

Boil roast with celery and onion.
Cut across the grain in small pieces.
Place in baking dish.
Add chopped onions and barbecue sauce.
If meat looks dry, add cooking oil.
Bake until barbecue sauce is absorbed.
