Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon drained, bones removed
1 Tbsp. of either self-rising flour or cornmeal
1 egg
1 small onion diced (optional)
Preparation

Flake salmon in bowl, stir in one egg and approximately one tablespoon of either self-rising flour or cornmeal.
An optional addition is one small diced onion.
Shape into patties.
Fry in hot oil until brown on one side, then turn and brown on the other side.
