Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. curly lasagne
2 boxes frozen spinach
3 lb. Ricotta
1 onion
your favorite tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook pasta al dente.
Lay lasagna out flat.
Cook spinach as directed on box; drain well.
Mix spinach with Ricotta.
Spoon on strips of lasagna.
Roll like strudel.
Stand upright in casserole dish so you can see curls and filling.
Repeat until dish is filled.
Cover with tomato sauce and chopped onion.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
