Ham Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. or more cooked ham, finely diced
    1 1/2 c. finely diced raw potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Saute onions, ham, celery and potatoes on low heat for 10 minutes (in melted margarine).
    Stir in flour until blended.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly; bring to simmer or until chowder is thickened.
    Do not boil.
