Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix cake mix with butter, 1/4 cup milk and nuts.
Put 1/2 mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 6 minutes.
Melt the caramels and 1/4 cup milk.
Place chips on cake.
Pour caramel on top. Drop rest of batter on top. Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
