Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Put warm water in bowl.
    Dissolve yeast.
    Add margarine, sugar and flour.
    Stir well.
    Drop tablespoon in greased muffin tins. May use part and keep other part in refrigerator up to one week. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 3 dozen.
