Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
raisins (the amount you want)

Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix oil and sugar; add well beaten eggs and vanilla.
Sift together flour and soda and add to sugar mixture.
Add nuts, apples and raisins.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
