Oven Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, cut up
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    paprika
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic salt in a bag.
    Add chicken and shake.
    Lay side by side in greased shallow pan.
    Sprinkle with onion flakes, then spread with soup (no water).
    Sprinkle parsley flakes over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cover with foil and bake an hour at 325\u00b0; uncover to crisp at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
