Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 2/3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine milk, butter and brown sugar in saucepan.
    Heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Stir in confectioners sugar.
    Beat frosting until spreading consistency. Spread frosting on top of 9 x 13-inch cake.
