Roast On The Run - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) rump roast
    1 large onion, sliced
    4 potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
    4 carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large crock-pot (slow cooker), combine all ingredients; salt and pepper roast to taste.
    Bouillon cubes will flavor and salt water for everything to \"slow cook\" in.
    Cook on \"hi\" for 4 to 6 hours or \"low\" all day.
