Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large white potatoes (1 1/2 lb.)
    3 medium sweet potatoes (1 1/2 lb.)
    1 lb. peas
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. minced, peeled ginger root
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes 30 minutes; cool.
    Dice.
    Cook peas 3 to 5 minutes; cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients; add to potatoes and peas.
    Gently stir together.
    Makes 8 servings.
