Meat Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
    3 lb. corn flour (Mazeca)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water or more
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Fry ground meat with its own juice.
    Add the onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and salt and pepper when it is brown; taste it before.
    In a large bowl, pour the corn flour, 1 tablespoon salt and the water; handle it until it is soft.
    Make little balls and start to make little tortillas with a tortilla machine.
