Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 or 2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour in one tablespoon of oil or shortening in each muffin tin.
Heat oil. Pour in cornbread mix and bake until brown.
