Lemon Sesame Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow pepper, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
salt and freshly ground pepper
4 oz. snow peas, trimmed
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. clam juice or chicken broth
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 lb. sea scallops
2 green onions, julienned
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation

Combine yellow pepper and carrot in 10-inch microwaveproof pie plate; sprinkle with water and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Cover and microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in snow peas. Microwave, covered, 30 seconds more.
Let stand, covered, 2 minutes.
