Vegetable Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. canned corn
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    5 slices toast
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add the corn and pepper to the melted butter; stir.
    Add the remaining ingredients except toast to cheese mixture.
    Heat over low flame until egg is cooked.
    Pour all over toast.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 5 servings.
