Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of broccoli or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar or any other kind of cheese, grated
    10 oz. frozen or fresh broccoli, steamed
    2 c. cooked rice
    paprika
Preparation
    In saucepan, over medium heat, in hot oil, cook celery and onion until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
