Lee'S Carrot Honey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut carrots 1/8-inch thick.
    Boil 4 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
    Heat remaining ingredients until combined.
    Pour over drained carrots; toss to coat.
    May be served warm or cold.
