Raffa Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 (No. 1 1/2, 17 oz.) can creamed corn
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Accent
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Beat egg yolks.
Add all ingredients.
Beat whites until stiff.
Fold into corn mixture.
Pour into greased casserole. Place in pan of water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
