Oven-Fried Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. herb stuffing, crushed
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine stuffing, cheese, parsley and garlic.
    Dip chicken pieces in butter.
    Roll in crumb mixture.
    Place chicken, skin side up and not touching, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumb mixture.
    Bake until tender.
    Do not turn.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
