Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except nuts and parsley.
    Shape in ball. Refrigerate approximately 2 to 4 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator and roll in the mixture of
    nuts and parsley.
    Place on platter with lemon curls.
    Makes 1 large ball or 2 small balls.
