Peach Cream Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter
5 peaches, pared, pitted and halved
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk
2 beaten egg yolks
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in 1 1/2-quart round baking dish.
Cut butter in and pat firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of dish. Arrange peaches on top, cut side down.
Mix and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Mix milk and egg yolks and pour on and bake 30 minutes longer.
Cool 30 minutes.
May be served warm or cold and with scoop of ice cream, if desired. Serves 8.
