Onions Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked onions, drained and chopped
    5 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix onions, 4 cups cheese, flour and 6 tablespoons butter. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of onions, followed by bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
