Hamburger Steak Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine
1 c. flour
2 qt. water
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 large carrot, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
4 Tbsp. beef based cubes
Preparation

Make white sauce with first three ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Set aside.
Brown hamburger meat.
Drain off excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
