Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Beat at least 5 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
