Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
    5 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Stir yeast into water until dissolved. Add sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and mashed potatoes.
    Add flour and mix until dough is easy to handle.
    Cover and place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Shape into rolls and let rise 2 to 3 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
