Cold Raw Carrot Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 carrots
7 onions
4 peppers
2 cucumbers
1/8 c. salt
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Clean vegetables.
Chop or grind all vegetables and put in large bowl.
Add salt and mix well with vegetables.
Let stand for 1/2 hour.
Drain juice.
Do not save juice.
Place vegetables in large bowl and add sugar, vinegar, mustard and celery seed.
Mix well.
Chill and serve on hot dogs and hamburgers.
Keep refrigerated.
