Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

6 large green peppers
1 lb. vegetarian burger
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked brown rice
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

From stem end of pepper, cut thin slice off, removing inner seeds; rinse.
Boil enough water in 6-quart saucepan that will cover peppers.
Once water boils, parboil peppers 3 to 5 minutes, drain.
