Walnut Glory Cake($1,000 Bake Off) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sifted Pillsbury all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
9 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift flour with cinnamon and salt.
Beat egg whites (1 1/4 cups) in large mixing bowl until soft mounds form.
Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla in small mixing bowl.
Beat until thick and lemon colored.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Fold batter gently but thoroughly into egg whites using a wire whip or rubber spatula.
Fold in walnuts.
Turn into ungreased 10-inch tube pan, not a bundt pan!
Bake at 350\u00b0 55 or 65 minutes.
Invert.
Cool before removing from pan.
Frost with a vanilla glaze.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
