Hurry Tuna Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2, 7 or 9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until tender but not brown.
    Stir in sour cream, curry powder, salt and pepper.
    Break tuna into bite size pieces; add to mixture.
    Heat slowly, stirring often.
    Serve over rice.
