Mom'S Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked by directions on pkg.
    1 c. water chestnuts, minced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 roll pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix the water chestnuts, cheese, soup and mayonnaise together well and add the cooked vegetables.
    Put in baking dish.
    Sprinkle crackers over casserole.
    Drizzle melted butter over casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
