Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
nutmeg
Preparation
-
Bring first 3 ingredients to a good boil, scald and add vanilla.
Beat eggs; add milk mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
