Caramel Chocolate Gumbo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. (1 bag) Kraft caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted margarine or butter
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Press 1/2 cake mixture in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle 6 to 8 ounces chocolate chips. Pour caramel over chocolate chips.
    Drop remaining cake mixture by spoonfuls on top.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
