Lasagne - cooking recipe

1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can tomatoes
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp), grated
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
2 (3 oz.) cans Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Brown onion, garlic and meat in oil.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, salt and oregano; simmer for 1 hour.
