Cranberry Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cranberry sauce
2 c. hot water (boiling)
1 c. sour cream
2 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix cranberry sauce with 1 cup hot water until smooth consistency.
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water (stirring until well mixed).
Add Jell-O and 1 cup chopped nuts to cranberry sauce.
Pour 1/2 of this mixture in a square baking dish and place in freezer until firm set.
Spread sour cream over chilled portion.
Top with second half of cranberry sauce mixture (spoon on).
Refrigerate.
(You may make this a day ahead of need.)
