Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. yeast
    3 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and store at room temperature 3 days.
    Stir 2 times daily.
    Ready when thick, white and bubbly.
