Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large avocado
    2 1/2 tsp. minced onion
    2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    5 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of seasoned salt
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. diced olives
    6 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel avocado and remove pit.
    Blend all but last four ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
    Spread on plate and chill.
    Just before serving, top with diced tomatoes, diced onions, diced olives and grated Mozzarella cheese.
