Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 large head broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Steam broccoli (not fork-tender).
    Mix everything together. Pour into a 3-quart greased casserole dish.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
