Red Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. kidney beans
    1 link sausage (or more)
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. grease
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    Louisiana hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Rinse well.
    Cut sausage to desired lengths.
    Put all ingredients in pot and cover with water, about 1 1/2 inches from layer of beans.
    Cook until beans are tender.
