Lime Jello Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. hot water
2 small pkg. lime Jell-O
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. water
1/4 c. lemon juice (concentrate)
1 large can pineapple juice
1 liter ginger ale
Preparation

Mix hot water, Jell-O and sugar in medium pan until the Jell-O and sugar are completely dissolved.
Add cold water, pineapple juice and lemon juice.
Pour into a plastic container if you want to freeze this mixture.
If not, store in the refrigerator.
Add ginger ale and ice before serving.
Makes 1 gallon.
Serves 40 to 50 people.
