Pat A Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1/4 c. canola oil
    3/4 Tbsp. cold skim milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Combine canola oil and skim milk. Add to flour mixture.
    Stir gently.
    Pat thinly into a 9-inch pie plate, building up top edge.
    Flute edge.
    Fill and bake according to recipe directions.
    Or for a baked shell, prick crust and bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Makes 1 crust.
