Fried Okra Or Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 squash or 10 pods okra
    1 c. meal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    3 Tbsp. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Cut squash or okra in slices.
    Mix meal, flour and salt.
    Pour on top of okra or squash and batter.
    Heat oil in pan, then add battered squash or okra.
    Fry on medium-low until brown.
