Aunt Ange'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boneless chicken breasts, filleted
    3 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    In plastic bag, add flour, salt and pepper. In a bowl, beat eggs and salt and pepper with a little bit of milk. Shake chicken in flour and take out and dip in egg. Fry in electric skillet in vegetable oil at 350\u00b0. Enjoy.
