Lemon Broiled Lamb Leg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. leg of lamb
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Rub lamb with garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
    Pour juice of 1 lemon on lamb.
    Brown lamb under broiler, turning often to brown evenly, far enough away from flame so it doesn't brown too fast, about 30 minutes.
    Remove from broiler and place in roasting pan; brush with remaining lemon juice and roast for 1 1/2 hours in 325\u00b0 oven.
