Cream Puff Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. butter
    2/3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine water and butter in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Add flour and salt, all at once, stirring vigorously over medium-high heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball.
    Remove from heat and cool 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly with a wooden spoon after each addition, then beat until dough is smooth.
    Drop Cream Puff Pastry into 8 equal mounds 3 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
    Cut off tops and pull out soft dough.
    Fill with pudding. Put tops back on.
