Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. zwieback
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    Crush
    zwieback
    and
    mix
    well
    with
    soft butter and 2 tablespoons
    sugar.
    Press into a 9-inch spring-form pan and up the sides.
    Mix
    the 1/2 cup sugar, flour and salt.
    Soften the cream
    cheese
    with a spoon.
    Add the dry ingredients and cream together.
    Separate the eggs.
    Add vanilla and the unbeaten egg yolks;
    beat.
    Stir in the cream and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour
    this mixture on top of the crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cake cool.
    Preparing time is 30 minutes.
