Holiday Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Mandarin oranges
    2 cans pineapple chunks
    1 medium bag marshmallow bits (tiny)
    1 tsp. lemon juice (optional with bag of coconut)
    1 bag Southern shredded coconut or 16 oz. fresh coconut
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream or yogurt (Axelrod's plain type)
Preparation
    First
    drain both fruits.
    Reserve juice for other uses. Blend oranges and pineapple to sour cream.
    Add coconut.
    Stir in marshmallow bits.
    Chill after blending.
    Let sit at least 2 to 3 hours for flavor to form.
    Delicious at Easter!
