Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 sprig parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Form
    into
    small
    balls; cook in hot water in skillet. Drain water
    and\tbrown.\tAdd to sauce and cook over low heat for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
