Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked diced chicken (use canned chicken as substitute)
2 c. diced celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients well. Top with cheese. Just before heating, top with a generous layer of crushed potato chips. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
