Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. backfin crab meat
2 eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Old Bay seasoning (if you like)
Preparation

Beat eggs and ingredients (except crab meat).
Add to crab meat and stir ingredients with fork, using an up and over motion. Pat into cakes.
Fry crab cakes until light brown in color.
